Episode 16: Pete Holman - How Overcoming Obstacles Can Lead You To Success in Life and Business

Pete Holman is a Physical Therapist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and former US National TaeKwon-Do champion and team captain. He has worked with professional athletes and strength coaches from the MLB, NFL, NBA, UFC, X-Games and professional race car team SunEnergy1.

 

Pete's dedication to advancing the fitness industry inspired him to create multiple products that impact fitness enthusiasts and athletes worldwide. His first product, The Functional Training Rack, was licensed to Perform Better. His second product, the RIPCORE-FX, was acquired by TRX and is now referred to as the TRX Rip Trainer and is one of the best rotational training modalities on the planet. In 2019 Pete created the world’s first plate loaded hip thrust machine, called the Glute Drive, and licensed it to Nautilus; it is their number one selling piece of commercial strength training equipment of all time. In 2021 Pete re-designed the Rip Trainer and made it into a two-in-one Golf swing training aid called the GolfForever Swing Trainer, now endorsed by the #1 golfer in the world Scottie Scheffler and available at Dicks Sporting Goods and PGA Superstores. Finally, in 2022, in conjunction with Escape Fitness, Pete launched the world’s first Loaded Carry, Sled Push combo machine called the Escape Barrow.

 

An IDEA FIT 2022 “Fitness Leader of the Year” award recipient, Pete presents for IDEAFIT, writes for IDEA Fitness Journal, PTontheNet, STACK magazine and IronMan Magazine, has appeared on national tv shows like the Dr’s and the Steve Harvey show and can be heard on podcasts from around the world.
